Rollers for Conveyors – RB Engineering can offer to fabricate and machine repair or replacement of conveyor head and tail rollers. We can also offer a full repair and reconditioning service of existing Conveyor Rollers and Conveyor Drums.
- Roller lagging in plain or diamond rubber
- Solid Conveyor rollers
- Machined flat or crown faced
- Slatted drum or spiral drum
Shafts can be plain with keys, bossed and keyed, with a weld on hub and taper lock.
Another service we can offer through this is the supply of a replacement shaft form our stock of materials up to 100 mm
Conveyor Rollers
We aim to offer competitive prices and a quick turnaround to suit our customers requirements, our turnaround time can be 24 hours or quicker if needed if the materials are available within our stock. Customers can benefit from our collection and delivery service within a 100 mile radius at an arranged cost.
With this service we can offer a contract maintenance service carried out onsite on conveyors and ducting. We offer a full inspection which can be carried out weekly/ fortnightly or monthly in which our customers will be provided with an inspection or rectification sheet.
